• On-Site – For customers who need to train a large number of students concurrently, the on-site format provides the balance of convenience and economy. To execute on-site training, we suitcase the entire course and provide the training at your location anywhere in the world. From a logistics standpoint, the customer supplies a standard training room that can comfortably fit the students (maximum of 12) and our mobile training lab, which includes a session director, and 6 student laptops.
• Open Enrollment – Open Enrollment refers to regularly scheduled courses offered at our training facilities. This format is most cost effective to students who choose to attend classes individually or in pairs. Open Enrollment courses are available to you at Acme Packet's corporate training sites in Burlington, MA, Madrid, Spain and Moscow, Russia.
• Virtual Classroom – The convenience of attending training from any location is becoming widely appreciated. The Internet is the key tool to making this format available. During our virtual classes, an instructor directs you through the lecture and lab materials, which you access via your own computer. Both the courseware and the lab equipment are made available over the Internet. You need to pre-install computer-based freeware on your computer for these courses and will be notified of this prior to class.  
• Web Based Training (WBT) – Similar to CBT, WBT provides you with the convenience of studying anywhere or anytime you can access the internet. You can start, stop and pause the materials whenever you need. Comprehensive descriptions and navigation allow you to study all of the materials or just select the subset that you need. 

For those unfamiliar with SIP, Acme Packet recommends you purchase instruction from “The SIP School”, who distributes introductory and advanced training, as well as technical certification on the SIP protocol. This web-based training is approved by many leaders in the VoIP industry. Get a solid understanding of VoIP and SIP from the SIP School prior to attending Acme Packet courses, and make the most of your session border control training.
